"My family of 4 stayed here in May 26. I would recommend without hesitation. Location is excellent (near the Metro). The rooms were comfortable. My children used the gym. I used the swimming pool. The staff were helpful and very friendly. For example Ruhi a member of the team helped us plan our visit to Salzburg. The breakfast was excellent. I will certainly return if I am back in Vienna. "Moxy Hotel at Vienna Airport has an excellent location. It is right at Vienna International Airport, and there is no need for a shuttle. It is very easy to find by walking through the airport tunnels near Terminal 1, just by following the signs. The walk is simple and takes around 10 minutes. The room was perfect, clean, and comfortable. The bed was especially good, which is exactly what you need after a long travel day. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only thing that seriously needs improvement is the food. I stayed here twice, and both times the food was far below average. The options were also quite limited. Overall, it is a very convenient and comfortable airport hotel, especially for travelers with layovers, but the food experience could be much better."

"The hotel is very handy for the 1st district, you can easily walk everywhere. Staffing at the hotel is minimal, just one person at the reception/bar. This was not very helpful when the keycard to my room didn‘t work. The guy on reception eventually came up to my room to try and open my door, after I‘d already made several trips to reception to try diffrent keycards. At one point before he managed to open the room door he told me to come back in the morning and they‘d sort it out! The „bathroom“ offers very little privacy, Although quirky, the rooms are clean. There are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, only an area on the fifth floor where you can make a hot drink and buy snacks. This is not very convenient if you are on the fourth floor. Some rooms do not have a street view and look straight out onto a wall."
