I enjoyed a little getaway by myself. I was in Stillwater for my son, who was competing in Special Olympics. The location was quiet and I had a great nights sleep, much needed for me. Thank you to everyone that works there, I appreciated all your welcoming hospitality and the kindness shown during my visit.

Really not worth the asking price at all. Be prepared to pay for parking. Oh and it is all cashless, . I tryed to just get quarters for laundry and was told they dont have "money". Besides the dryer was broke anyway.

Everything in the hotel was perfect except the pool. I was going to swim but the water was slightly green tinged. I'm sure it's fine but the color was a little off putting

We stay here when we visit our daughter at OSU, despite the cost, we enjoy the convenience of the hotel. The staff has always been very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

It's a Best Western in a college town so my expectations were pretty low. Must say I found it very clean, safe, and comfortable. There's a mirror in the lobby that's so high up that no one could possibly use it... been wondering about that more than I've thought about the actual property.

This was an average hotel stay, nothing spectacular. The Pool was closed the whole time we were there and obviously needed cleaned due to the green color of it. The bar on the rooftop was closed as well, making this Hotel useless to enjoy and just a place to sleep. The air conditioning units did not work properly and were a pain. They did keep the place cool, but it was constant shutting on & off since the temperature never regulates. It's obvious the hotel is getting rundown, the floors and carpets are gross. The stairs look like they have never been vaccumed ever.

Our stay started off a little bumpy with room assignments but the staff was very apologetic and worked quickly to resolve. Customer service was amazing. Rooms are spacious and we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for something new and modern, this may not be the place for you. If you’re looking for a place with spacious rooms, character and great customer service this is the place!

It was fine. It felt dated. Also, the room would not get dark for sleeping. There was only a thin shade and no curtains. There was also a drive through restaurant right outside our window with bright lights all night long.

Hotel has declined in the past year
We always stay at this hotel when we come to Stillwater, mainly for the location since it is walking distance to the campus and for the hotel bar. It's not the nicest hotel we have stayed in but was always clean and the bar was a big plus since we have lots of friends that stay there at the same time for sporting events. This past weekend we were informed the bar had closed for good and experienced several maintenence issues. This hotel needs lots of TLC and updating. We have 2 more weekends booked coming up but after this spring we probably won't stay there again unless the new owners do some updating and open the bar back up.

The room was nice, the shower was awesome, the parking was great, the breakfast was fantastic and there is shopping within walking distance. Also there was a Panera right next door. What more could you want!

Nice. Not top of the line, but close with all considerations. 4 blocks from the stadium, all the restaurants you could need, good shopping within half mile. Loved Stillwater. Hotel was perfect for that evening.

TV did not work. Called (from our cell phone because room phone was also broken) multiple times to have it fixed. Waited nearly two hours and no one ever showed up to look at it. No rooms with a working TV were clean for us to move to (at 4pm). Finally moved to another hotel.

Property is clean and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. In general they will need to do some updating soon but the staff is very friendly and the hotel is clean and comfortable

Room door was in bad shape. Didn’t effect our stay and the room was next to the ice machine and there were other options? There were plenty of vacancies. Had to return our room keys more than once because there weren’t programmed right. Room phone didn’t work which would be a problem if there happened to be an emergency!
