This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at in a long time. It's only downfall is that it is in the middle of nowhere.There is a train station ten mins away The staff were fantastic , the room was pristine and the breakfasts were top grade. If I ever return to Stockholm this will be the first on the list.

The had the GOAT Isabel!! She needs a raise. Amazing staff clean, lovely gym and spa. Location great, everything was nearby or to do public transport. See you next time lovely hotel until te summer! Ps; isabel still the GOAT! The MVP of the place hands down

We really liked our stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. The room was large and nice, and the spa was very nice and clean. Breakfasts were delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only upsetting thing was cost of the parking.

Big hotel, small room

My stay was ok. The hotel was far from city center. However, there is a train station about 10 minutes away which was very secluded at nightime. There were no restaurants nearby and the one in the hotel closed at 9 p.m. The room was very small. There were no fitted sheets on the bed. Only the regular sheets and a comforter. There was no electrical outlets in the bathroom. There were no hand cloths to shower with. There was no ice bucket in room. There was no microwave. The tv did not work well because the channels were frozen.

The hotel's location is perfect, sitting right on the waterfront with stunning views of the city. The modern and stylish decor creates a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. My room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, including a comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The selection was impressive, featuring local delicacies, fresh fruits, and a variety of options to suit any diet. The hotel was nice and the bed was comfortable. The pool was very nice and the showers were great. We were not restocked with one of our towels and was left sharing a towel between two people for a couple days of our stay. The room was also not swept well each day. The hotel is close to the train and mall, but other than that, not a lot else to do in the area. The area is also notably dirty/not as kept up, as other cities in Sweden. I imagine this is due to being an area not right near Stockholm and populated with mostly people not originally from Sweden.

Clean spacious room, but a bit warm. As windows can’t open in Swedish hotels, it was not super comfortable as the airco took forever to bring down the temperature. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Will I stay here again? Probably if the price is right.

Generally, lovely hotel. Nice and clean rooms (you need to ask to clean rooms), only bit I didn't like - when they get large parties - the tables in a lobby are not cleaned from previous people. Last day or so, I got annoyed as we could not reach the hotel or restaurant by phone (bare in mind their hotel phone in a room has been broken, so I had searched through Hotels.com to connect me to reception.) - called restaurant by phone - no-one was picking up, room service didn't work. There are no places to eat around the hotel. So we stayed without dinner even though tried calling from phones (we were arriving late). My partner got there couple of minutes late and as we got to know the kitchen actually closes at 9pm - very odd as people may want to relax and have food late or arrive late. No food past 9pm. The bar closes early too. Last bit, we were travelling from UK - arrived late first night, pool is booked 2 days ahead. Good we stayed for 3 nights, otherwise we would have not even be able to use that pool which was the main reason I booked the hotel for. All in all a nice hotel but things like above are annoying.
