"The hotel floors are located high above a shopping center and it can be a zoo downstairs. Parking is extra and in the same parking garage as the shoppers, but on the highest floors. So, it is an ordeal to park. Also note that you will not get a Basel card for transit and discounts because the hotel is within Germany. The hotel rooms are nice and spacious, staff was great, and having AC was a lifesaver in the heat this year."
