Ramside Hall Hotel, Golf and Spa
The shower was the worst shower in a hotel I’ve ever had. Quite disappointed in this key function of a bathroom, whilst away from home. Would not look to book again

The hotel communal areas were nice, the bar etc the rooms were spacious but mattresses were hard and pillows were hard and uncomfortable

Leonardo Hotel Middlesbrough
Room basic which was fine we didn’t expect it to be amazing. Bed really comfortable. Needs a new tv and a lot of mould round the shower. Room was quite dusty in places. Breakfast was ok standard hotel buffet. Pool was lovely to unwind. Staff on reception amazing very friendly
