"Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4.
The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. "
"We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "
"The accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever! "

"We found the staff very freindly and helpful.
The room was great and we had requested a twin room which they were able to do for us.
The food in the restaurant was excellent and well presented.
We'll definitely be coming again, thank you,
Terry."
"The cold water inlet valve on the shower did not function and it was only by good luck that I did not get seriously scolded by very hot water in the shower."
"Will not be going back, poor cleanliness and smelled terrible. We did not get access to the front door after hours. I knocked the door for ages before I could be let in. Very old blankets. "
