"The hotel is lovely but a massive downfall in check in was my room was ready and set up as a family room after constantly asking for it to be set up and getting nowhere getting told someone’s on their way up. It should be done now. finally after refusing to leave reception without a staff member coming with me to do it there and then kids were shattered very stressful and up far beyond bedtime!"
"The property was clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay\. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of our experience\.
The air conditioning was not working for the entire three days we stayed\. When we arrived, we found fans in the room, which suggested the hotel was already aware of the issue\. The rooms were extremely hot, and we had to keep the windows open to make them bearable\.

"The room was clean and reasonably priced. Sadly I didn’t sleep well as the mattress wasn’t very comfortable - small for a double, and it felt like we were rolling together . Hong had kindly given us a room at the back of the house as I mentioned I am a light sleeper, but because it wasn’t the property I was expecting to stay in, it meant it was near to the main road which was quite noisy through most of the night on and off.
