"This is a perfect hotel from which to explore the center of Split. Diocletion's Palace is just steps away, as is shopping and many cafés and restaurants. The pool on the roof is awesome and is a great place for photos. The view from the restaurant on the roof is also spectacular. We ate in two of the hotel restaurants, the one on the roof and the one on the ground floor. Both were delicious. The hotel room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again and I highly recommend it to others."

"The staff is so helpful and very friendly. Breakfast buffet is wonderful with a lot of options. The beds were very comfortable for me and the onyx bathroom was beautiful. Their is a refrigerator that was stocked, so we pulled out their items and put our own in. The closets lock and have a key and there is also a safe. The hotel is too far for some of us to walk to Riva or the palace so we had to use Uber to go anywhere. For a week of back and forth Uber rides were $275 for 5 days. I asked for a room with a sea view before we got there, but was told you get what is available when you check in so I didn't get the sea view I wanted. And for an American, their idea of a spa/jacuzzi temperature is very different. The jets were strong, but at 82-85 degrees the water was too cold to really help. We did not eat in the restaurant as the ratings were low, but also went down by the water and sat outside to eat. I would stay there again."

"A modern hotel with fantastic amenities and great potential, though it falls slightly short on maintenance and upkeep. The highlights were easily the pools and dining. Having both an outdoor pool and a large indoor lap pool with gorgeous sea views was a major plus. The spa area was great—especially the sauna and cold showers—and the breakfast spread was fresh with plenty of options. A special shoutout to the omelette chef, who was exceptionally engaging and did a wonderful job every morning. However, the property is missing a caring touch when it comes to the details. The steam room was out of order during our stay, there was peeling paint on the bathroom door, and small holes in the curtains. Housekeeping was also hit-or-miss; some days were fine, while on others we were left without clean mugs or received a cracked drinking glass. Overall, it's a pleasant property with friendly staff, but a little extra attention to maintenance and consistency would take it to the next level."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel was lovely, with great facilities and a beautiful setting. However, there were a few areas where we felt communication which could be improved. It would have been helpful to receive more information on arrival about the hotel facilities, what was included in our all-inclusive package, and any additional costs. We often felt that we had to find this information out for ourselves, and unfortunately, not all of the reception staff were as helpful or informative as we would have expected. For example, depending on your all-inclusive status, only two of the pools are available without an additional charge. The adults-only pool has an extra charge, as does another pool. The beach sunbeds also cost €10 each, with a further €5 charge for a sunshade. We feel this information should be made clearer to guests when they arrive. Reception does have a useful map of Supetar showing where to purchase ferry and bus tickets, but again, we only found this out by asking. We also had an issue with the facilities available for guests with a late departure. As check-out is at 10am, we asked if there was somewhere we could leave our luggage. We were initially told that we could leave our luggage and that a room would be available for us to change and shower. However, when we returned later, a different receptionist told us that we could only change in the toilet. Overall we had a lovely stay and Supetar is a great place to visit"
