"The hot tub in the room had the jets sitting in the sides, the fireplace was 'out of order' and the fridge had a draining problem, water poured out when you opened the door. Which I only booked the room for the in-room jacuzzi...that was filthy and had missing jets."

"Arriving at location the lobby was inviting. Front desk staff very polite, easy check in. Sadly the notice that the big pool was perm. closed. Learned after it will never be opened again. Entered our suite, impressed on the size. Sad to see no coffee pot in our suite. Yes there was comp. breakie in the morning. Tho one would enjoy a coffee in room. Totally missing a phone in the suite, no communication to the front desk. 9pm no one attending the front desk at all. Didn't feel safe. Living room space no couch , 2 chairs and a tiny end table, TV was nice size . Walked into bedroom very nice, large jacuzzi very nice. No instruction on how to switch the power on it. Should be on wall by switch's considering no phone to use to call front desk for help. Fireplace's were very nice in both places. Why didn't they have a TV in the bedroom, weird. Gentleman staff very helpfull. Do these twiks and would come back!"

"Staff were extremely helpful as we were checking the hotel a future event. Showed us various rooms for a dinner. We also needed to check hotel rooms to make we could accommodate our daughter who is in a wheelchair."

"Stay was just ok and most likely won’t return. Staff were great until checking out. We accidentally slept in and asked for an extra 15 minutes after the check out time. She said 5 min. Wow, thanks. When we left there wasn’t even anyone on the floor cleaning the rooms. Rooms need better cleaning and maintenance. Toilet paper roll hanging off the wall, shower head full of dried water, ring around the sink, vent on ceiling dusty, blanket had dried blood stains and our key card stopped working after the first night. Breakfast was ok but a conveyer toaster is needed or multiple toasters instead of just 1."

"The breakfast was really nice. Great variety and it was better than expected. The property has smart tv’s. Bring your Netflix and Paramount passwords. It would have been helpful if they would have told us Pluto was free. We had to search a bit to get local news. The room was large, updated and clean. The fireplace was a nice ambiance."

"Check was awesome with very friendly staff. The room was clean and perfect for us. Very quiet at night so had a great sleep. Breakfast was fast and hot. Well worth our stay."
