"We did not have hot water (just above room temp was about as much as we could get for either shower) or even in our sink to wash our hands; I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and when we got on site it was caution taped off and not able to use. The room was cold even when we turned the heat up to 71/72 degrees. The TV remote did not work unless you were standing directly in front of the TV, you could not use it from the bed at all. We had breakfast at the iHOP and the staff there were very slow and very little acknowledgement to customers when they walk in the door even with staff standing/walking right by them (very cold, in my opinion), food was sub-par (meat came out cold, hashbrowns were not very good and the eggs were almost water-like runny). Unfortunately, we did not have time to wait to send back our food and ate it anyways. The only staff we interacted with was check in staff and she was very nice and quick with check in. I have zero complaints about the staff. The only issue I would have about direction from staff would be when she directed us to our room, she gave directions as if we knew the property (never stayed before) and when I asked about parking, she said to park anywhere. Again, I was asking about closest door to our entrance, elevator(s) or room. "

"The room was very clean and so was the rest of the building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. There is one thing I would of added to it and that would of been biscuits and gravy, they just go with eggs and sausage. =D The controls for the Air and heat was so nice cause it was on the wall just like at home! My husband thought it was the best place we have ever stayed at. That means a lot coming from him. =)"

"Just a one night stay room large bathroom Was horrible bath and shower had rust and the tiles had just been painted over very disgusting to look at beds comfy and clean air con super noisy outdoor area seats to sit on the cushions looked dirty. Didn’t use the breakfast area or eat there ."
