"The hotel was very clean. But the halls were so cold it was unpleasant and the bathroom wall had previous water damage that had not been repaired. But let me tell you about the staff. Two different charges for transient fees that were quite substantial.
We inquired about it twice with the front desk once the first night, second time upon check out. No one had an answer for us, and it didn't show up any where on our actual bill that I could see, or the person checking us out??
