"The staff at the Washington House Inn are simply delightful - from check in to breakfast to those cleaning and maintaining this lovely building - all were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb, fresh with many different homemade offerings. The staff even offered me a to-go box when I couldn’t eat all my breakfast. Check in and out was very easy and there was plenty of parking in the private lot and down the street. This is the third time we have stayed here, and we intend another visit next year as well. "

"This is our go-to place to stay when we need a room in Fond du Lac. Disappointed that the hot tub has been closed for months. Rooms and bedding are quite comfortable and they have a good breakfast!"

"The hotel overall was great. My stay was not very pleasant. We booked a suite with the pull out couch and kitchen, it ended up an accessible room which is fine except there was no tub so the water went everywhere. There was water in the master room, the kitchen, and all over the bathroom floor. While the staff was more than happy to provide towels, it made the stay horrible! Especially with kids. I will not book a suite here again"

"The Hot Tub could use less chlorine and more water. The jets were shooting the water upward. The pool water was freezing. Overall, it wasn't a terrible place to stay."

"The front desk staff and the cleaning person were all very friendly and helpful. I was glad I was able to quickly print a document I needed wirelessly from my phone. Our beds were great. The kids had fun at the pool. The hotel was a block or less from a Starbucks, a Panda Express and some other spots."

"Not worth the price! Furniture is horrible, uncomfortable, and rooms are decorated from two decades ago. The shower floor was so slippery I almost fell numerous times. Do not stay if you are elderly. Staff were unfriendly and not personable at all. Free breakfast was not good. Stay elsewhere in town. This hotel is way overpriced for what it is. Wouldn’t stay here again."
