"Very enjoyable stay. Didn’t see anyone else at all during our stay, but access to the property and to our room was very easy with Gabriella’s information she sent the day before arrival. House and room were lovely and warm on arrival. Breakfast was self service ~ very nice and well laid out Would certainly stay again. Very convenient NCP car park directly opposite , which was only £11.00 for overnight parking. Great location, easy walk to the centre and theatre."

"Excellent communication Easy check in Great property, very central to be able to walk everywhere in Cheltenham. Would highly recommend. Only thing I would say for others is we presumed 3 bathrooms meant 3 toilets, however there is : 1 bedroom with an en-suite shower and two sinks. And then shared between the next bedroom is a tiny shower/ loo and sink. Ground floor there is a large bedroom and huge bathroom with shower and separate bath. Top Stonehouse Hotel Reviews

Mollie's Bristol

10/10 Excellent

"Due to new job I have the need to be in the area more often, as a result I am explaining what's the best place to stay. So far for friendlies and location not sure this place can be beaten. Thank you to the reception staff who were amazing 10/ 10"

De Vere Tortworth Court

10/10 Excellent

"Stunning house from the outside. Beautiful inside. Stayed in courtyard room which was a really good size, comfortable large bed, clean bathroom although could do with an update. Both atrium and 1853 restaurants had really good evening food. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and really delicious with plenty of options for my dairy intolerant wife so top marks to management for that. We really enjoyed spending time in the Library room/bar, the perfect room for just chilling. The grounds are stunning with the trees in full autumnal colours. Can't fault our three night stay, glad we chose Tortworth Court for my birthday celebrations. Will definitely be going back."

Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"excellent weekend retreat for my anniversary with my wife. Made even more special by the hotels Personal touches. Like an anniversary pudding with our evening meal. Spa facilities were great. Room was comfy and clean. All staff were very attentive. Great place to stay and a great location."

Delta Hotels by Marriott St. Pierre Country Club

8/10 Good

"We recently stayed at Delta Hotels by Marriott St. Pierre Country Club and had a mixed experience overall. The location was lovely, and we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast was also a highlight and a great way to start the day. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, and we appreciated their apologies when issues arose. Unfortunately, there were a couple of disappointments. We requested for our room to be cleaned, but this wasn’t done, which was frustrating. At breakfast, the hotel had also run out of dairy alternatives, which was disappointing for guests who rely on these options. Although the staff apologised, these issues did take away from what could otherwise have been a more enjoyable stay. Overall, we enjoyed the location, leisure facilities and breakfast, and the friendly staff were a positive aspect of our visit. However, more consistency with housekeeping and ensuring dietary alternatives are available at breakfast would have made a real difference. With a little more attention to these details, the hotel could offer a much better overall experience."
