"Lots of dust in the room and bathroom, though beds and bath were clean.
Nobody at reception on arrival so had to wait some time to get checked in.

"Very handy location on the outskirts of Cheltenham the staff were very friendly and helpful room was spotless even though the hotel inside is showing its age gym and pool were fantastic breakfast was really good wide selection of food."
