Location was brilliant, less than a minute walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. Not essential but the parking you can book is cheapest in Cheltenham."

"Check in procedure was a bit unusual for me, if I’m honest. It took a couple of phone calls, emails and having to download their app. That said straightforward once you understood it. Paid offsite parking is a block away. Wouldn’t have been ideal if I’d had a suitcase to lug around. Parking and accommodation on separate invoices. I had clocked it not a hotel, but serviced boutique apartments. Location is great. Good choice of eateries close by. All said, now that I know what to expect I’d probably use again for a short visit. "
