"The directions for check in where great. It would have been confusing if there were no communication. Luckily everything was good, so pay attention to the emails.
It was in a great spot, on the street and area where everything was happening, but quiet at night.
Customer service from the owners was great, they were very resonsive, and breakfast was a nice bonus"

"I much prefer the location just outside of Bourton-on-the-Water (less than a mile away) -- the town can be quite busy with tourists and almost impossible for parking, so being a short walk away made life much simpler. And as previously mentioned, the breakfast are varied and generous."
