I booked this hotel through Expedia. I had to cancel this stay due to attending an urgent family matter. The refundable cancelation period was expired but it was 15 hours to check-in. According to the hotel policy "The cancellation fee is equal to the accommodation fee payable for 1 night of stay". So, I was expecting to get the refund for the second night. But the hotel rejected any refund at all. As I booked this through Expedia, I was not able to contact the hotel and asked for the refund according to their own policy. Expedia staff was also unable/unwilling to assist.
