The location is fine. The room smelled badly of cleaning chemicals when I entered. Thankfully the air con circulation got rid of it. The air con was not easy to adjust or turn on/off

The staff are great

My room looked over the M&M and Lego stores. So right in the think of it.
The room was really sound proof.

Staying at The Store was a pleasure. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and polite. The room was comfortable with excellent facilities and a beautiful calm interior decorating scheme. I would happily stay again if visting Oxford.
