"Stayed at this property during a recent visit to Charleston. Although we did have a few glitches with our room, the staff was attentive to our concerns and quickly made things right. The location is convenient while not quite downtown in the historic district. I give this hotel high marks for their customer service and overall hospitality - desk staff and management. "

"The manager on property was very pleasant and this is an older property that could use some updating. The location is about a 15 to 20 minute commute to MUSC. The area is relatively quite and close to most stores. The room looked clean, but it had a smell and the bottom of my feet were black after walking on the floor without shoes. You must supply everything from cookware, dishes, eating utensils, to cleaning supplies. "
