"After paying had put 100 dollar deposits on room. Bought a toothbrush marked at 2.50 charged 4.00..otherwise clean and a good deal with breakfast"

"The room was clean and comfortable enough, particularly the bed, and a great shower. The staff were great. But, access up two flights of narrow stairs was not the best for us. In fairness, staff did offer to carry our luggage up. I missed the part that said no lift. Also, it was advertised as ‘self parking included’. There wasn’t. We had to find a park on the street. No complaints, merely observations."

"There is nobody on-site for assistance. The remodeled rooms are like putting lipstick on a pig. Cold concrete floors, exposed partical board for headboard and furniture. Had to ask for wash clothes. Definitely not worth the money for a 2 night stay."

"The breakfast menu was very limited, although the pancake machine was a novelty. The biggest issue for me is that the Wifi didn't work. I couldn't stream videos and photos in my Facebook feed wouldn't come up. Also, the TV channel selection was not great, and some of the channels listed in the guide didn't work. Does one need to be a super elite Hilton Honors member to get all the channels listed? And no Hallmark, but yes HGTV?"

"Architecturally sound and a beautiful building, however the rooms are not soundproof. I could hear my neighbors TV (Seinfeld episodes) until about 10:00 p.m. . There were a few pieces of paper on the floor that did not belong to us. The bathroom was spotless, both in the room and in the common area. Breakfast is good enough."

"A beautiful hotel, with a great restaurant and bar in the hotel as well as a bathhouse. The room was well appointed, with a projector instead of a TV which I liked. The shower (and water pressure - or lack there of!) was disappointing and didn’t seem to match how well appointed the rest of the room was. I also noted a kettle in the room which is a great addition - but sadly no mugs or tea/coffee supplied. Staff were pleasant and accomodating throughout the stay. "

"The parking was super easy. The rate was acceptable. The staff were hardly ever present. And there was no breakfast and or coffee on any of the days that I was there."
