"We enjoyed our time with our three kids in the family suite and would book again! I will say, be prepared that even though there is a restaurant in the hotel do not expect to get a table unless you've arranged reservations prior. We were turned away and needed to order food. It was not a big deal, but did alter our plans a bit as we did not expect to need this as hotel guests. Pools were both great and we thought the room was very large and comfortable as well as clean."

"This is a great hotel. Rooms are spacious and fully equipped. Hotel staff are wonderful. Breakfast is a bit pricey but of high quality with excellent selections. The gym is clean, well equipped and well maintained. It could have a few more lower body weight machines, but for those preferring cardio and free weights it’s perfect. We will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"Very quiet but effective air conditioning which was essential during a heatwave. Only criticism was that on looking where the hotel is it looked like the tram was very close but there have been very long running roadworks one the bridge which made it a longer walk to the tram."

"I have traveled to more than 30 countries and five continents. This hotel will always be in my memories. I wanted to surprise my fiancé for her birthday during our trip. Although, the hotel did not have a package available. They offered to help create something for me. It was absolutely beautiful!! My fiancé walked in the room and wasn’t long before the tears of joy started. This is what I call extraordinary customer service! They went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. I wish I known the name of the female receptionist who checked me into my room and helped with the final touches. I would like to say a special, Thank you! ❤️"
