"There was no one at the reception desk (once I found it) when I got there, but showed up very quickly. Spoke a little English and was polite but not overly friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around but the would guess not the greatest area. Comfortable beds and relatively clean. "

"Lovely quiet area with public transport very close by, self check in a bit confusing especially if you arrive later at night when you have traveled all day long but if you take your time it's ok. The rooms are nice and clean but looking a bit tired now and would be nice to have a kettle in the room so you can make a hot drink, there is a large flask in the foyer/lobby but it gets cooler later on, also there's some teas and fruit there when the dinning room is closed. "I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases.
