"Overall great experience and value for money, the hotel area was neat and tidy with attentive staff. Menu options a little limited and the kitchen a bit hit and miss. Therme area (non textile) was a little neglected in areas but overall, quite nice. Seven saunas, steam room, 4 jacuzzi 's and pleanty of loungers. The Aufgass menu was excellent. "Everything was good. The night staff was very service minded and helped us get breakfast before opening time due to that our flight left so early. We are due to that very pleased with our stay and will come back. It is very good to have the free airport transfer also. "
"Overall, our stay was good, but there were a few things that could’ve been better, we arrived a few minutes early and they wouldn’t let us check in, had to wait at the lobby, then even though our room had two bathroom doors only one of them had handles and lock the other one had been removed and the door was basically locked (which is fine as you still have the other side to go in and out) but the one where there was a handle got locked and wouldn’t open, my son went in and couldn’t open it from the inside, went down to get the lady at the front desk and even she couldn’t (we tried different ways), she calls her manager and he okayed to break the door to be able to open it, so, we had to push it until the door broke at the lock and we stayed with a broken door and lock. Other than that, our stay was good. "
