Man muss sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auf jeden Fall stimmt und die Unterkunft deshalb definitiv weiter zu empfehlen ist. Wir zumindest würden wieder dort buchen. Jedoch müsste unbedingt auf mehr Sauberkeit geachtet werden und teilweise (vor allem im Bad) kann man schon von "recht abgewohnt" sprechen. Aber wie gesagt - für den Preis und die erstklassige zentrale Lage des Hotels absolut akzeptabel! Die Rezeption war auch sehr nett!

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, die Zimmer sind sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Single-Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Matratze war ebenfalls sehr gut. Alles bestens für einen Sightseeing-Aufenthalt, wenn man keine 5-Sterne Zimmer erwartet.

The location is very convinient and affordable. Rooms have no airconditioning and the stay in August was unbearable. I tried to leave the windows open at night to let some breeze in, but the street can be noisy and it is impossible to sleep at night.The street was under construction and the access was inconvenient. There was a small portable fan that was covered in dust and not safe to use as it would blow all the dust around. The dust was visible on the walls and baseboards. The rooms are cleaned once a week and you get clean linen and towels once a week. You have to take your own trash out and wash the dishes if you use any.The linens are white and clean but the pillows underneath had yellow stains and looked old and unsanitary. I paid my dues/ tourist tax at check out and the receptionist still sent me an email trying to collect it again.

Good location

Location is good - close to all the downtown action - bars, restaurants, public transport (an excellent system around the city) and a couple of blocks from the beautiful sites around Petite France. Unit nothing fancy but functional.

Very well-located hotel

The location of the hotel is very good. We walked everywhere. Despite the winter cold, the hotel was very warm. There were kitchen utensils and we were able to use the small kitchen functionally.

Appartamento molto pulito, posizione perfetta, vicinissimo al centro storico. Check in in autonomia se si arriva nel week-end o a determinati orari, ma perfettamente comunicato via mail il codice del portone e dell'appartamento. Letto comodo. In generale ottima scelta. Consigliato!

Overall good

Everything was good and the location was perfect to move around the city by foot. Only one thing to improve in my opinion: we run out of toilet papers and since there was no daily Cleaning nor reception assistance in the evening and on Sunday, we couldn't communicate it.
