"Just finished staying for three nights perfect location for sight and sound and a lot of other happenings dog friendly and a nice area where bags so pet owners make sure you clean up because otherwise motels may stop accepting dogs we did not use the gym looked modern and new machines .pool also looked nice. room was very quiet. Well appointed the air conditioning heating worked very well. only negative was ice machine on our floor was broken had to use the one elevator to go up to the second or third floor gets very crowded with people coming and going and holding the elevator would be really nice if they had a second especially for the staff felt sorry for them having to wait they work very hard and they’re very helpful offering towels or whatever every time I saw them in the hallway the pillows ranged from a firm to very fluffy shower was really nice. Good amount of hot water nice shower plenty of parking right outside the motel. breakfast was pretty good eggs every day two different types, but didn’t have bacon sausage for but corned beef hash twice and chipped beef suggestion a small table for inside the room for those of us that have to eat in the room and have dogs would be very nice and helpful"

"What wasn't there to like at this hotel? The staff and the grounds are very well maintained on a daily basis. To have housekeeping actually come to your room every day is wonderful. My husband and I will definitely be back!"

"Upon checking into this property at the front desk I noticed that our TV was programmed in Spanish & the closed captioning was not working. I speak & read English so this is very important and also my wife is hearing impaired so this a necessity & not a luxury. When the staff came to the room to try to get the TV working she didn’t know why the remote control wouldn’t work properly. An hour later I spoke to the front desk again about getting a manager to come to the room to correct this problem. She said the manager left at 5 pm that day and no one was available. I spoke to the property manager the following morning upon checking out to get a partial refund for this problem. He said “No”, that since I made my reservation with Expedia I’d have to contact them directly since he couldn’t do anything. Very, very poor customer experience at this property for people that are deaf or have hearing disabilities ! We are paying customers just like everyone else & were not afforded the same access. Also, the rooms AC was very inconsistent thru the night & the carpet had multiple stains throughout."

"Toilet was clogged when we arrived. We were able to unclog it the first time, however, the second time we had to unclog ourselves with a plunger we got from maintenance. We lost consistent hot water almost completely on our last night there and could not bathe our kids before traveling home."

"The bed was clean, that was all we needed. The shower was dirty and there was someone else’s hair behind the toilet seat. Things were frayed and stained. At check in, the man was nice but stated my room number out loud. Breakfast wasn’t bad. "
