"The condition of our room was not good, they need a total upgrade...Apart from this it was pretty good"

"Very clean room, overly soft bed wasn't great, the shower pressure was a bit meh and the room was quite noisy from both the corridor on one side and the courtyard on the other, mainly childen playing (it was Easter weekend) but quiet enough once they calmed down. "

"The parking was fine, The reception gentleman was awesome and checking in was a breeze. He gave great advice for a meal. However, I thought the room was very dreary and the bed was soft. It had everything in it but it just didn't feel like a hotel. And the big clinch was having to wipe number twos off the toilet seat. This is unacceptable. I informed reception and the new person on duty the following day who both said they'd pass it on. The morning person said the cleaning staff were having a bit of a shakeup at the moment. I expect a bit more than this - maybe a refund or something as a sorry. This is such an enormous H&S issue."
