There was zero wifi even though they claimed there was and the AC stopped working around 1230am. We woke up boiling hot and suffered until we left at 8am. "We had a wonderful week. The pools were great and the children loved the waterpark. There are 3 different properties and you can use the different pools across all the properties. The buffet food was actually very good and there was good variety. Many options to keep the kids entertained. The only thing I didn’t like was the beach because it has lots of pebbles and my feet hurt when trying to walk on them, even inside the water. However we drove to other amazing beaches on the island so we didn’t case much about the beach at the hotel"
