"Apartment itself was fine, wasn't the cleanest. However, the middle men agents that let this apartment are liars. Your emails via Expedia will go ignored, as will the messages and emails sent directly to dinbnb (despite stating they are a 24hr service!) - the customer service is non existent. The lights in the hallway within the building leading to the apartment did not work, which was extremely unsafe due to how dark it was- this was not fixed during the stay. "Loved the hotel and location. The hotel restaurant's food was very good. The breakfast buffet was very good as well. Staff were exceptional. The room was very nice and the view was absolutely stunning. There was a supermarket right in the same parking lot which was very very convenient. I wish there was a shuttle bus because the walk up the steep hill with suitcases were a workout. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again."
