"Upon check in, I was told the room that was reserved for me did not have a working air conditioner so they were trying to find me a different room. When I didn't like the room they gave me they put me in the original room saying the air conditioner was fixed. We checked in and got ready went to dinner came back to a room with no working AC. It was so hot we could not sleep that night."

"The view from our toom was obsteucted, parking area only. The beach is across the street from the resort, but they do have a fresh water shower at the front to rinse off. The beach area was nice, soft sand when we went for evening walks. They had lounge chairs with umbrellas for guests, not sure if they were complimentary though as we did not use them. We ate primarily breakfast and one dinner at the resort, the food was flavorful and fresh for every meal, with a good selection offered for most meals. The spicy margaritas were very good! Overall we were very pleased with our stay."

"The property is beautiful and quiet yet within an easy walk to the hustle and bustle of town. My room was very spacious and had a private deck for outdoor sitting in the evening. The happy hour at the pool is a must! IT's a great way to meet the other guests and enjoy generous cocktails."

"We went to dining area for dinner. Were told they were closed& were offered a bar menu. No thank you. If I wanted to eat at the bar, that is where I would have gone. No breakfast offered by 11am on May 11. Did not have an opportunity to use our $15 per day. "

"Great location, very clean and while an older property/house absolutley renovated to like new condition (while keeping its history)! Cold AC, very friendly staff. Will stay here again- great pricing, especially for Key West. Communication from property prior to arrival was clear and exceptional. A++++ in every way"
