When I booked, the additional pet fee was not clearly disclosed. I was extremely annoyed to be informed that there was a flat pet cleaning fee for bringing a well-behaved animal into the room. If a hotel charges a premium for pets, there should be clear communication about that cost upfront, or they should at least provide amenities to justify the extra cleaning fee they claim to be charging."
