Customer Beware
Front desk extremely helpful especially the general manager, room was good, great location walk to train. The major problem was the elevator was out of order and apparently has been for a number of weeks ,also the phones in hotel was out of order

Don't miss out on this hidden gem
This is the second time we stayed at this property. For us it is in a excellent location, very close to S-bahn trains that can easily connect throughout Stuttgart. Mainly office buildings with some residential in the area. Lidl grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. Staff always willing to help where possible.

Great service and accomodations
The hotel has an interesting theme and is well decorated and the rooms are very comfortable and modern/cool. We were happy with the late night desk service, and though the bowling alley was already closed. It’s a fun option right around the corner.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room as well as separate shower bath, shampoo and conditioner. Bed and linens very nice and area very quiet.

Disappointing experience. Nobody at the check-in desk at 9:30 PM: had to wait 20 minutes. Poor breakfast choices and low quality, one coffee brokedown and no one to fix it. I got locked out of my room and couldn't get help. Room quality is very low.

The hotel is nice and the room was comfortable. It is located about 10 min from the U train station. Its about 25 min to the city center. There is parking available.

Beyond our expectation
Super good beyond expectation. We’ve travelled to Stuttgart for many times and didn’t expect this hotel to be so good especially at this price. Breakfast is also even better than some 4 star hotels. Definitely recommend to all!

Property is in a quiet residential area 5min walk from a U-bahn ( metro) station. Very practical. Rooms are clean, well appointed, the balcony is a nice feature as well as the AC. Wi-fi connection is solid.Bathroom is no fuss, no muss. Didn't hear any noise ( stayed in 224). Breakfast was flavourful: a buffet with a variety of classic European and North American in a sunny dining area. I only stayed for one night but plan on going back.

overnight stay on outskirts of Stuttgart
The rooms are large and well furnished and the hotel is located in a quiet location close to countryside. there are various walks and cycle paths. The breakfast is excellent

Ask for AC during a week with record heat.
Many of the rooms have no AC. You must request if when you book the room. Fortunately they were able to put us in a room with AC and it was great.

Disappointed but ended on a good note
When we arrived, we found out the restaurant was closed for the day, but was told there were several restaurants in local area. We tried 3 all of which were either closed or hosting private events. After much hassle and alot effort we found a nice restaurant. When we arrived back at the hotel, we couldn't park our car anywhere near, and had to park along the main road. This is dispite the hotel stating it has parking. The breakfast the next morning was one of the best I've had in Europe.

My new choice to stay while in Stutgart.
My usual hotel of choice is SI Suite, it is now NEOTEL! Spent 24 nights, the stay was superb, breakfast was perfect even though I showed up early everyday. The Bistro was also fabulous, and the staff that managed it was absolutely stunning. Everyone went out of there way to make sure all needs were meet. I will recommend this hotel to all my colleagues traveling to Stuttgart.

We had the worst experience here. I called the hotel to find out what bus/train stop to go to for there hotel and he told me to “look it up on the web” & hung up on me. It was late & I was traveling with a 5yo. My son was tired & hungry. We took a cab because we couldn’t find what train to take. That was $35. Then we get there &the clerk was so incredibly rude. We asked about room service because it was listed as 24hr room service on Expedia only to find out the kitchen closed at 10pm. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially a family.

Modern Car-Themed Hotel
Hotel Neotel is super cool inside with the car museum and ambience. The hotel is close to the airport without hearing the planes. The only down thing is there are no restaurants or grocery stores close at all and their restaurant closes at 7 pm. We checked in at 8, not already having dinner. However, their concierge's office is 24 hours. Parking is free but very disorganized, you could be blocked in and having to leave at 3:30 am for a flight could cause stress. Overall a good experience and perfect for a airport hotel.

Great hotel for our quick stop over!
We stayed at Hotel Neotel for 1 night in September 2018 as part of a road trip, so it was literally a quick overnight stop. The room was perfectly clean, tidy and amply sized for my partner and I. Breakfast was brilliant, lots of choice including coffee & fruit juices. The hotel reception and bar decor was very quirky which we loved. The only thing that disappointed us slightly was that even though we booked a double room, we were only given 1 single bottle of water in the fridge in our room, but that was hardly an issue! We would very happily stay here again.

Nice quite hotel a 15 tram ride out the city and a 5 min walk from the station. Excellent breakfast, helpful reception and good room only really let down by lack of aircon.
