Frío y dejadez

Quitan la calefacción por las noches y no hay ninguna manera de calentar la habitación. No se puede dormir del frío. Tampoco se pueden pedir más mantas porque no hay gente del hotel por ni a la tarde ni a la noche. La tarde que llegamos no había nadie del hotel. Tuvimos que esperar a que nos abrieran. Hicimos la reserva por Hoteles.com y la propietaria ni siquiera sabía que el hotel estaba en la página. Hay opciones mucho más recomendables por la zona.

Malo no!! Malísimo!!

No solemos ser exigentes a la hora de hospedarnos en un hotel, pedimos los servicios básicos por los que pagamos. Esta reserva la hice y pagué hace mas de 6 meses. El dia del check in recibimos un mail preguntándonos a que hora llegariamos, respondimos que por la tarde antes de las 9pm. Nos respondieron que ok y nos dieron un teléfono para llamar en caso de alguna pregunta. Llamamos 30min antes de llegar, a las 8pm, es decir que llegamos a las 8.30pm. La persona que nos respondió nos dijo que nos dejaba las llaves en una mesa en la entrada porque no nos podía recibir. Llegamos y pues si estaba la llave en una mesita...entramos y no habia nadie, las luces apagadas. Conseguimos entrar, en el bote de basura del baño habia una compresa usada, intentamos ducharnos y no supimos cómo funcionaba la ducha hasta que llamamos de nuevo. La cama creo que ha sido la PEOR de mi vida en un hotel y mira que hemos viajado por todo el mundo, una vergüenza la verdad. Y pues ya pasada la noche tan mala nos preparamos para salir y comentar con alguien este asunto y la sorpresa es que no habia nadie de nuevo en el hotel. Impresionante la dejadez y falta de servicio. Dejamos las llaves y nos fuimos. En resumen, si quieres tener un negocio pues recomiendo que te intereses aunque sea un poco por tus clientes. Una disculpa o un detalle o minimo recibir a los huespedes o despedirlos. No lo recomendaria a nadie, hay muchas opciones muchísimo mejores en los alrededores y por el mismo o menor precio.

Un lugra bonito, coqueto y reformado. Quizás la ubicación tan cerca de la carretera lo hace menos tranquilo de lo esperado. El personal especialmente amable, con una atención fabulosa. Su precio acorde al lugar. Muy cerca de Suances.

Es un hotel con encanto y bien situado. Raquel es muy agradable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarte. Volveré seguro.

Lugar sucio y descuidado atención nefasta

Mi experiencia horrible, cama imposible de descansar hundida, humedades en las paredes, el agua del baño se sale por todos lados, para calentarse te ponen una estufita de aire pequeña y para rematar tienen todo muy sucio y si fuese poco la atención deja mucho que desear mi opinión es que necesitan tomarse más enserio el trabajo y no dejar para mañana lo que se debe hacer hoy.

Estancia para repetir

Ha sido una muy buena experiencia, la encargada es muy atenta y simpática, preocupada de que estés bien y aconsejando sobre lo quer ver..la habitación súper cómoda limpia y amplia, el único pero que se puede sacar a la casa es el ruido, está muy cerca de la carretera y se escuchan mucho los coches por la noche

Jolie chambre

Personnel très accueillant et très gentil. Petit déjeuné simple mais bon. Jolie chambre. Un spa, c'est toujours sympa, en plus l'hotel propose des massages à prix compétitif. Seul petit bémol, on entend un peu la route.
