The Belltown Inn

"This is a gem at an excellent price. There is the cutest little courtyard in the middle and an excellent biscuit restaurant attached. The staff was above and beyond, super friendly and helpful. There were even free Pirate's Booty in the room! This is an area that you definitely need to be aware of your surroundings, as many areas of Seattle can be but we felt completely safe once we were on the property and the manager was very attentive to make sure all guests were comfortable. The location is amazing, close to Pike's Market, Aquarium, Argosy pier. We walked to T-Mobile and could have walked to Climate Pledge as well if we weren't behind time. Remember you are in a big city with a lot of small crimes and homeless people who are harmless but always be on full alert. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"SUPER convenient location. AC goes down as far as you’d like which i absolutely loved as a cold sleeper. Rooms were quiet for the most part. Parking across the street for just $30 a day. I have no complaints. Great for the price"

"the room was very adequate for my stay. I was in town for a baby shower and the hosts live right around the area so it was very convenient. I love that Top Banana was right up the street they have great coffee and great pastries. I always enjoy my stay is Seattle, and this was my first time staying in a single room style accommodation and it was just right. If I had an issue it would be that the common are was untidy, and had a bit of a smell like spoiled milk, but I didn't spend any time there other than to pass through to go to my room. I was thankful that the property had onsite laundry facility and a full cooktop that was a bonus, even though I didn't cook anything. Overall I would give the property high marks and would stay again."

"The place was super clean. The check in process was smooth although a possible early check in was not granted and I later found out that it was the house rule for not allowing early check in. It would have been a good idea to let guests to know about the rule upfront instead of telling them that there was a possibility and you would get back to them later. The house is tucked in a residential area, so the location was a bit off from major attractions in Seattle. However the room was super clean with a renovated bathroom. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay a night if you are ok with the distance from the major attractions in Seattle."
