"Tal vez porque era temporada alta, ví que el hotel no tenía la pulcritud de años anteriores. Algunos zancudos en la zona de la tienda. Algunas alfombras del lobby sucias/maltratadas. Personal de aseo en habitación, muy cortés. Parqueo insuficiente para la temporada."

"We had a great overall stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking, definitely a must-see and one of the highlights of the trip. The complimentary breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, which was a big plus. The amenities were also very nice, the pool and spa were always heated and well-maintained, making it really enjoyable to relax. However, there were a couple of downsides. The service at the restaurant was quite slow, it often took a long time for staff to come take our order or even ask for drinks. Also, we had requested an ATV tour a day in advance, but were only informed at the last minute that the ATVs were not working, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and communication."
