Very nice place to stay

Overall our stay was okay. However, I noticed that there were so many things scattered around especially the hallways that I find unsafe in an event of an emergency.

Unfortunately it hasn’t been a great experience - the room itself had many issues like the sewage smell in the bathroom and the lack of amenities. The only positive would be the walkable distance - would not recommend.

The staff were very helpful and kind. However the value for money was not there in our opinion. The first room we were in was a very small double with no windows and we paid nearly $400 AUD for that night. We were not expecting fancy accommodation but certainly expected more for that price. The booking did not mention no windows, in fact we recall it showing windows in the photos. The second room that they moved us too on night two at least had a nice outlook and was a little more private. The laundry facilities were very good. Commercial grade and fast and 24/7 access. The accommodation is very dated and there is no security or card swipes to come in other than your room. The location was right in amongst the hustle Myeongdong, which is what we wanted, but for the amount we paid, we would choose somewhere else next time.

The location was the best in Seoul. Very easy to get around anywhere in the city.
