"It started off with a little hiccup because my room was not actually cleaned as they thought it was, but the hotel staff more than made up for it by providing a spotless room, which was very big and I’m sure, an upgrade. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, and I felt very comfortable. I would definitely return."
