"Another very enjoyable stay at Grandover. Unfortunately, it was pouring rain during our stay so my husband couldn’t golf and we couldn’t use the pool. However, we used the hot tub and enjoyed meeting some of the other guests as we relaxed there. Dinner at Finials was as delicious as the other times. I especially recommend the filet mignon followed by the blond brownie dessert. Room was clean and comfortable. A special shout out to our server at Finials and the long lady at the casual food counter by the game room. Terrific service and just really pleasant people. Will be returning to Grandover again. "

"The stay was marivolous. i really like how everything was clean and tighty. i would of love to see better breakfast choices in the hot bar. The pancake machines was not working. The breakfast hot bar only had limited amount of good choices. The milks were warm instead cold for regular drinking purposes. Overral everything else was perfect. Staff was very pleasant and amenities were clean and comfortable. Thank you for having a computer , really needed to print. "
"Ali checked us in and we arrived late at night and tired. He was friendly and polite. Our room key initially didn’t work so when I went downstairs to replace it he offered to come upstairs to ensure it worked. He didn’t have to do that so I consider his service above and beyond. Great job young man!
The one thing I’ll say needs improvement is the fitness room. Please add some wipes and water for sanitary purposes. It appeared clean but I needed something to wipe down the equipment after I used it."
