"Terrible "

"Aesthetically pleasing, super clean. I love the fact they give you a poker chip to cash in for a water, beer, or wine which is super dope. I also love the concept that if you see anything in the room that you like you can take and they will just charge it to the bill. The young lady at the desk was super sweet and very helpful. Overall 10 out of 10 recommend I would definitely come back! "

"Good for 1 night stay. Bathroom needs updating but everything was very clean."

"The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was more comfortable than most hotel beds. There was a musty smell to the room and hallway but I believe that was due to some work that was being done in the hall way on the wall. We skipped the breakfast as it was continental and the option to make your own waffle. We were expecting hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, instant oatmeal) in addition to the items that were available since it was advertised as breakfast and other Best Westerns advertised that way had these items. Not a complaint just an observation. It is walkable to mall and a few sit down restaurants which was nice. The room was quiet as well. "

"We had an amazing breakfast and the staff was so nice. Nicole especially was super sweet when we checked in. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfy. We will stay here again when we are in Greensboro. "

I just cant get over the fact Hotel we booked scam us out of my deposit stating we stay & extra day .Even tho they have video cam & properly surveillance show we check out that morning !Try to retrieve our deposit run around Manager not available This how do busines in 2026 .kEEP it let be plus you company . If this they we business is done now & future ! "

"The rooms were not soundproof at all. I was woken up all night by kids running in the hallways, doors slamming shut, the person in the next room snoring, etc. The hotel is pretty dated with broken tiles in the hallway by the elevator, old carpet. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, and I had to open the window and run the fan for an hour before it dissipated. Breakfast was very basic, and the juice machine was out of order. Coffee was not replaced after breakfast so was cold when I went to get a cup early afternoon. While the price was good, this is not a hotel I would stay in again. "

"The room was very dirty. Hair everywhere. The AC didn’t work and the unit was extremely loud! The property was in a pretty dangerous location. We noticed when pulling in there were multiple drug addicts stumbling around the parking lot. They had a security guard outside the front doors. I guess that tells you the area they are in. "
