"We had to book a two night stay in an area where hotels were limited so this was our only option. It seemed like an older motel so I was a little skeptical especially at the price. Well…. I was sure surprised when I got there. Rooms were completely updated and spotless. Beds were shockingly comfortable, water pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. AC unit was new. No bad smells and property was clean, safe and convenient to everything. I would absolutely stay there again without hesitation and we are planning that next year. Very close to Uwharrie and Albemarle. 1/3 the piece of a hotel in Albemarle and way better location. If you are in the Troy area or want to visit Uwharrie stay here and be close, safe and have an amazing room. Staff were beyond helpful and friendly. This is a no brainer IMO."
