Everything was exactly as it was stated. The indoor pool was the high light of our stay there according to the kids. Breakfast was a hit with my husband and and I enjoy how wonderful the staff was, all the amenities they offer and how clean everything was.

Best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel in quite some time, the hot top and pool were perfect temperature and clean. Bed is super comfortable and I got a great nights sleep. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others

Had a bit of trouble checking in because we booked through Expedia and the guy was saying our room wasn’t paid for but I showed him my statement and that it in fact was charged for. The pool area looked nothing like the pictures here. It was a bit out of date, paint chipping and the outside of pool didn’t really look clean but it was okay. The room smelled a little bit off but again it was okay. Breakfast was decent, wish they would of had some more fruit options aside from apples and bananas. Drink and coffee variety was great! Staff was friendly and nice. Parking was fine too, park at the front for loading and unloading was easy. Noise travels easily, could hear the kids in the next room very clearly. Over all the place could do some updates like changing the bathroom vanity, mirrors, and carpeting but it’s okay for the price.

Our room was mostly clean. The bath toilet had a leak underneath onto the floor. The sheer curtains had yellow and brown stains. The refrigerator wasn't on so we had to turn it on and wait for it to cool to put drinks in. That never happened. Lucky we had a cooler and there was ice on our floor. Breakfast was good if you weren't eating eggs. Boiled eggs would not peel. Scrambled eggs were almost runny and tasteless. We've stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. It was much better. I will say, Hannah was a great host. She was very friendly and accomodating when we arrived. Also, we left our jackets in our room when we checked out. We had to come back by on our way home and stopped by to see if they had been turned in. YES! We got them back!

Room was clean, needed additional wash cloths as only 2 in room for 3 people (not a big deal front desk handled). The check in was great, received a complimentary voucher for a free appetizer to a local restaurant. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Check out was simple, just didn't receive a receipt.

The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was good..was just disappointed that the after day 1 our room/beds didn’t get made, got no fresh towels, or garbage wasn’t emptied. So I had to go ask for fresh towels. Then on day 2, didn’t get the tissue box refilled or the toilet tissue restock, and had to go front desk for the items.
