"Someone charged $150 in snacks/drinks from “the pantry” to my room. Nobody checked to make sure it was the right room, just charged it. We weren’t even at the hotel the time those charges happened. How do they not at least check an ID when charging to someone’s room. Anyone can just say they are in a random room and get away with stealing the items."

"Towel exchange pricess is weird. Employees at the desk should not be taking dirty towels with bare hands at the front desk. That's unsanitary at best. Also, the room had exactly 2 of every item which means you must wash after every meal. "

"At first we were ready to give the hotel all 5 star ratings, everything was going great. Its not actually a 5 star hotel but its nice, clean and the staff are very nice and friendly and do their best to attend to your needs. It was also nice having access to breakfast every morning. We didn't require any room service only clean towels We took out are own garbage and just asked for refill garbage bags.We were enjoying ourselves so much. on Monday we decided to stay an additional night. At 11 on Monday we went to the front desk to pay for our extended day of stay. staff had changed and there was a lady at the front desk. We had made plans to go out that afternoon and had an itinerary scheduled. However, we wanted to go to the pool.When we returned to our room to shower and dress the running water in the sink and tub was brown. I went to the front desk to notify the young lady. She said they had been working on the boiler and to let it run for 15 or 20 minutes. Well i did and it was still brown. i told her and i also told her if we would had been notified us in advance we could have changed our schedules and not went to the pool. She said she was unaware when we paid for the additional day. However, we passed by her desk several times before we got in the pool and she never mentioned it. Well she then said she would give us our money back and we could leave....how could we just leave without showering. I let the water run 1hr lighter but still brown. It eventually was clear "

"Bugs. Roaches in kitchenette and coming out of tub drain. Food crumbs on floor. Soft floor near window. Worse hotel stay ever. Disgusting! No pictures were taken but there are several videos available."
