"This is a great place to stay. 6 min walk to Downtown area & beach. 1 min walk to the KVR trail. Very close to the Naramata Bench. The host was very pleasant and backed good provided were great. Easy access to the unit and very private. The only cons were the the outside sitting area smells like Rabbit pee. Also, could use a bit bigger TV. Just a 24" monitor."

"If the Villa was a Bed and Breakfast...., comfortable, great view of the Okanagan Lake, good service, nice breakfast. However this Villa was advertised by Expedia as one of the top ten Hotels with kitchenette in Kelowna. This Villa is not a Hotel but a house. Three different customers all confused when arrived at the Villa expecting a Hotel. But this is someone's house. So we all payed Hotel rate for a Bed and Breakfast.. Very expensive for B&B. Expedia let us down. All the guest felt...
