"ROOM WAS EXCELLENT AND LOCATION WAS FINE. STAFF VERY SLOW AND LONG WAIT FOR DRINKS AND FOOD. ALL GREAT THOUGH WHEN THEY ARRIVED. STAFF NOT VERY CARING OR INTERESTED AND NO ONE KNEW HOW TO USE THE COFFEE MACHINE IN THE LOBBY TO HELP US. ROOM WAS GREAT THOUGH AND VERY SPACIOUS."
