"The person who received me for check-in was not friendly at all. I had requested an early check-in, and I understand that sometimes it may not be possible, but the person seemed very uninterested in trying to help. Even when the check-in time was already very close, they were not willing in any way to try to speed up the process. I did not find the service friendly at all. Also, I chose to stay at this hotel because of the pool, and it was not working. I did not see any notice about this when I made the reservation."

"Found Clean room & property exterior, improvement after 5 years visits. Coffee available, but any "continental breakfast" questionable??"

"Our one night stay was comfortable. The bed was terrific! Room was clean and well stocked. There is a lot of road noise, which was mildly bothersome."

"The hotel is new and very clean. The front desk staff were very nice. My only complaint was the wide crack in the door of my room, #403. You could see into the hall. Traveling alone it was a bit unsettling. I do have a hotel lock so I put a towel in the crack and felt a bit better. "

"Home 2 Suites is always a safe bet for us if we are insure of the area or other options. There’s nothing particular fancy here, but it is clean and well taken care of. Nice rooms and we always love the kitchenette. "
