No discount for out of order jacuzzi!
The hotel was adequate for our needs but we were VERY disappointed that the jacuzzi tub in our room was out of order. This was never mentioned to us at the front desk when we checked in. Would have really helped after a long drive. Good location and the room was really big!

Needs cleaned, updated and revamped, the bathrooms are gross, mold growing on tub walls, tv looks like it came from salvaged place. The office glass enclosed reception area is a disaster even my 5 year old said it was gross. The room next to reception area looks like a hurricane went thru. The room had a terrible odor. Not going there again. Third world countries have better motel facilities.

My stay at Coach Inn
Check in was easy and the man at the window was friendly. The room however was obviously old although it had new carpeting it was dingy still. The bed was horrible! , hard and lumpy, and almost intolerable. It also looked like it wasnt very really clean. I had my blanket and slept on t on that with my clothes on. I had booked for 2 nights but checked out esrly and forfeited my 2nd night and didnt get reimbursed.

overall ok, walls and doors could use a good cleaning. pillows were flat and bed was hard. we would stay again for a quick overnight trip if needed. only big complaint is when we were checking out at 6 am, we rang the bell multiple times and i even called the hotel 3 times to get someone to the front to take our keys and give us a receipt

Thanksgiving Trip
Coach Inn has been the place where my in-laws have stayed many times when they stop in this town for Thanksgiving travels. The room is clean and the hotel staff always makes sure they are booked in a ground floor room so that they do not have to climb the stairs.

What a joke
What stay, this shouldn't even be a completed stay i book the room drive 50 miles here and the lady tells me they're no reservations. Now it's showing complete.

The man who checked me in was nice as he was able to change the accidental reservation I made for smoking to nonsmoking, but the room still smelled. It's literally in the middle of nowhere. There were random hairs near the sink, there was no shampoo- just soap. The bed sheets had stains at the top. I slept in my clothes and left as soon as I woke up.

Convenient location and clean property, comfortable bed and park by your door design. The room could have used a deep clean and attention to the backs of the doors and other areas, but overall was just fine for a one night stay and I would stay there again. It was convenient to have the Ingles market next door as well. No breakfast or other morning amenities and all check in done thru the night window, regardless of time of day.

Sign said NEW Hotel. NOTHING new about it! Mold in our room, towels were see-thru, flies everywhere. Our room smelled like human urine! I called the number listed multiple times and got no one nor an answering machine. Cousins room had OLD a/c unit blowing black dust! Ice machine did not work. I actually made two room reservations with Hotels.com for this hotel and upon arrival, they only had one available. However they did call a no show and offered me that room. Also found out from locals that homeless people live there. Zacuzzi’s advertised not in my room! What is a zacuzzi??

Coach Inn Summervile Ga.
Hotel staff was friendly and curious. The room was very clean. Some of the other patrons were a little noisy but settled down early. Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

I like the staff they were very nice. The room was wonderful I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing is if you gonna stay for 3 or more days you have to let them know what you need.

Do you like roaches? 12 in the bathroom alone that I killed. I slept for 2 hrs prior to getting up to use the bathroom and noticed these guys running around. I think the manager needs to be getting pest control in there asap
