"The staff was very kind in helping us deliver a present to my parents. Only wish the restaurant wasn’t so expensive. The location of the hotel is so convenient for the subway system and so close to Times Square. I do suggest not getting a room on the sofa facing time square, much too loud through the entire night."

The hotel staff where all very friendly, the property is clean and well maintained, and the location is great. The hotel is close to all the Theaters, transportation and many sites.
