"This hotel is in an excellent location just a few minutes’ walk from Kansai Airport, making it especially convenient after a long flight. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and the front desk was staffed with enough employees that there was no waiting time for check-in. I had also sent a package from Amazon to the hotel in advance, and the staff quickly brought it to my room upon arrival. The room was spacious, and the bathroom amenities were excellent, especially for women. They provided skincare items such as lotion, cream, makeup remover, and facial cleanser, along with shower caps, hair bands, combs, and toothbrushes. Pyjamas were also provided, and the room included a kettle with several types of tea and coffee. There is also a coin laundry located at the back of the North Wing, which was very convenient. If you need change for the machines, the front desk can assist with exchanging money. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was enjoyable to explore. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, which made my stay truly wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"We debated between the convenience of being close to a train station and a view of the castle. So very happy to have chosen the view of the castle. Combined with the hospitality of the staff we very much enjoyed our stay in Wakayama. This hotel, and the view of the castle, made for a relaxing time."

"My Japanese friend who lives in Kobe recommended this hotel and I am so happy to have followed her advice. The views of the Akashi Kaikyo bridge from the room (and the spacious bathroom) were stunning, especially at night when the bridge was illuminated. We had a corner room with a bathroom, in which a bathtub was on an elevated platform with a floor-to-ceiling panoramic view of both the bay and the bridge. The room was very quiet and spacious; the beds were comfortable. My sister and I really enjoyed a buffet breakfast at the hotel, and our visit to Arisugawa - a Japanese restaurant on premises, was memorable. We are already planning our return to Seaside Hotel Maiko Villa Kobe and next time, we will stay for longer. The hotel has a spa, which we did not have the time to enjoy on our most recent trip, and the area itself has so much to offer for pleasant walks on the promenade, in the park, and on the beach. "
