Best Hotel I've Stayed At In Suncheon!
The room, the view, the staff, the whole experience was simply amazing! The only thing I had an issue with was the fact that some of the sheets were ripped or had holes in them. Other than that it was amazing and would certainly visit and stay again! Best hotel I've stayed at in Suncheon.

An apartment style hotel in Suncheon
We took by surprise with the hotel room.. it was like a officetel type rooms with a kitchen, sofa and a queen and double beds! The room was extremely spacious to be called as a hotel room ( I would call it as a two-room apt) Kitchen was enabled only in few rooms hence you need to ask for it!

Worst!!!
지금까지 호텔 생활 많이 해봤지만 청결상태 이 정도인 호텔은 처음이었어요. 욕실에 머리카락 침대에 머리카락 여기저기 바닥에 먹다남은 치킨 조각까지. 시설 좋고 위치 좋은데 청결을 최상으로 끌어올려보심이 어떠실지.

Convenient, but not so comfortable.
It is clean and located in busy street to access conveniently to the restaurants and bars. The room is tidy, but the bed is a bit solid.

엄마와 함께 한 순천여행
침대에 자국 같은게 조금 있어서 이부분에서 아쉬웠어요. 나머지 다른점은 좋았습니다. 다만 전기차 충전시설이 없어서 이부분이 조금 전기차주 여행입장에서는 편의성이 아쉬웠습니다. 다만 너무 따뜻하고 조용해서 엄마와 함께 했던 여행에선 가성비 좋았어요

주변이 번화가라 먹고 즐기긴 좋았는데 단지 지적을 하자면 주변시설이 용이한 만큼 늦은 시간 까지 밖이 시끄러워 잠을 이루지는 쉽지 않음

가족 숙박으로 좋았습니다. 스위트의 복층공간은 문은 없지만 2층에 있어서 소음 잘 안들리고, 방이 하나 추가로 있어서 여러 사람이 편하게 숙박할 수 있었습니다. 복도와 객실도 전반적으로 청결했고, 주방이 있어서 편했던 것 같습니다. 옷장에 가운을 걸어놓으신 옷걸이 외에 여분 옷걸이가 있다면 좋을 것 같습니다~

깨끗하고 시설 좋습니다. 위치가 시내에 있어 접근성도 좋네요. 순천국가정원과도 얼마 떨어져있지 않아 좋았습니다. 주차는 주차 타워를 이용해서 주차도 불편하지 않으며, 단 창을 열어도 전혀 밖을 볼수 없다는점 뺴고는 시내라 옆건물과 따닥 따닥 붙어있어요

샤인호텔 후기
투룸이어서 독립된 공간이 좋았다. 9층이었는데도 날파리가 싱크대 배수구에서 꽤 나왔으며 실내바닥 청결상태는 안좋았고 시설도 부서진곳이 더러 있었으. 데스크 직원은 친정하였음. 호텔위치가 도심이다보니 주변엔 상권이 좋았음

싱크대 하수구에서 날파리가 나와서 많이 당황하셨을텐데 죄송합니다. 청결을 중요하게 생각하고 청소를 잘 한다고 하는데 저희가 확인을 제대로 하지 못하고 판매를 했습니다.편안한 여행이 되셨어야 하는데 불편하시고 만족하시지 못한 여행을 만들어 드린 것 같아서 정말 죄송합니다.다음에는 이런일 없도록 꾸준히 잘 관리 하도록 하겠습니다. 감사합니다!
