"It was not clean. It had a tile floor that squeaked when walking on it. The furniture had soiled fabric seats. The bathroom floor was not mopped and the toilet seat was loose The toilet paper holder was broken. The pillows were very uncomfortable because they were extremely lumpy and the bed was hard. The one thing that was perfect was the location and the price because I applied for a one key credit card on Expedia that gave me an instant $100 discount. "

"Being an older building, the noise level in the hallways and between rooms is very noticeable. Mattresses could use to be replaced as well. Very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Location great - parking a huge plus, food excellent as well."
