"We visited this property and had to leave unfortunately due to the pool having to much chlorine and my children coughing all night the room was not very clean and the pull out bed they provided us with was stained and nasty couldn’t even use it. "

"It was my first time here in Colorado. I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. They never made my bed. I spoke to staff at the front desk on why my bed wasn’t made, my towels weren’t replaced, and my trash was not taken out. Their response, “We make your bed every 3 days. I can make a note regarding your room for them to clean it.” I left my contact info for the manager to give me a call. No call back either. They didn’t clean my room or make my bed until the 4th day. Next day, I went home. Friendly staff but no one is taking responsibility for their actions. I got new towels only because I requested for it. Personally I would not stay here again. "

"Newly renovated, and super cozy! We loved our stay, and the owners couldn’t be more friendly. Conveniently located right off Main street near downtown. The food truck parked on the property had amazing authentic mexican food that I’ll be thinking about for awhile. "

"The toilet was not functioning properly during the entirety of our stay. It was already broken when we checked in. It took a few hours for us to realize the toilet paper was not flushing. I had to google the hotel phone number because the room phone was not working. I called down and was told that all the room phones on my floor were not working, and that maintenance was only there during the day, and they offered to move us to a different room. In retrospect I wish we had chosen this option, but we thought it would be quickly fixed in the morning and we were already completely unpacked and settled into the room, with the pull out couch made up. They said we could use the public toilets downstairs by the pool. I left early the next morning for a medical procedure, and when I returned to the room I was sleeping off the anesthesia. When I became aware that the toilet still wasn’t fixed, I called down and was told that maintenance had left for the day already. Either they had not been given the message about our room or they had simply neglected to attend to it while they were on site that day. They came the next day and it worked for two whole flushes before breaking again. I was sick that night and had to use a non flushing toilet. I did not pay for a hostel with a shared bathroom downstairs. I paid for a hotel room with a working toilet and a working phone. "
